Apply a generous layer to clean, dry skin over the areas you want to treat. For a wrap treatment, cover with cling film or a warm towel and leave for 20–30 minutes before removing. Alternatively, allow to absorb without wrapping. Use 1–2 times per week. Ideal
post-shower or post-exercise.
