Shipping Policy

At The Act Labs SA we do our best to process orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being received.

All South African orders are shipped with the Courier Guy and you will receive a delivery tracking number by email immediately upon despatch. You can expect your order to be delivered between 2 - 4 days from despatch.

Standard delivery is R60 for customers in Gauteng and R90 for nationwide delivery. Free shipping applies to all orders over R650.

All orders will be securely packaged in The ACT Labs SA packs, boxes or refill envelopes. Please refer to our Refunds policy on our website.
