Shipping Policy

At The ACT Labs SA we do our best to process orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being received.

All South African orders are shipped with Fastway courier service and you will receive a Fastway delivery tracking number by email immediately upon despatch. You can expect your order to be delivered between 2 - 4 days from despatch.

Standard delivery is R60 for customers in Gauteng and R90 for nationwide delivery. Free shipping applies to all orders over R800.

International orders are shipped with Fedex or The Courier Guy. Depending on your region and address, delivery may take between 4 to 6 weeks from South Africa. You will receive a tracking number by email upon despatch. International order shipping costs will be confirmed with you prior to processing your order for payment.

International orders may experience delays at your local customs duties office which is unfortunately not within our control. Please contact us if there are any delays to allow us to follow up. International orders are shipped with the International shipping term of DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please confirm the customs duty you may need to pay using your tracking number. If an International parcel is returned due to unpaid fees or the customer failing to receive or collect the package, the shipping cost will not be refundable and any return fees will be deducted offset against the refund due.

All orders will be securely packaged in The ACT Labs SA packs, boxes or refill envelopes. Please refer to our Refunds policy on our website.
