We have been keeping a little summer secret, and tonight we can finally share it: The Act’s Shimmering Body Oil SPF 15 has been named a Holy Grail winner at the Woman & Home South Africa Beauty Awards 2026.

There is a particular pleasure in getting ready on a summer morning: stepping out of the shower, slipping into something light and giving your skin a moment of care before the day begins. We wanted sun protection to feel just as enjoyable.
In South Africa, sunny days are part of life, whether you are meeting friends for a braai, spending an afternoon by the pool or heading out on the school run. The Shimmering Body Oil SPF 15 brings a touch of glow to those moments, with a silky texture that feels lovely on the skin.
Meet the Holy Grail: Shimmering Body Oil SPF 15
Best for: radiant arms, legs, shoulders and décolletage, from city days to sunset dinners.
At its heart, this is a nourishing body oil. Coconut, macadamia and jojoba oils combine with squalane and vitamin E to soften and condition, while the lightweight texture sinks in quickly. Skin is left feeling silky and comfortable, ready for whatever the day brings.
The formula contains three photostable UV filters: Tinosorb S, Uvinul A Plus and Uvinul T 150. Together, they provide broad-spectrum UVA and UVB protection. Dissolved in the oil, they leave no white cast on the skin.
And then there is the glow. Finely milled mica catches the light as you move, creating a delicate, luminous finish. A soft, warm milk-and-caramel scent completes the experience, making application feel like a small treat.

How to use: Shake gently, then smooth generously over clean, dry skin before going outdoors. Reapply regularly, especially after swimming, sweating or towelling. For extended time outdoors, use a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher and seek shade.

For everyday radiance. After your morning shower, smooth the oil over your arms, legs and shoulders. Its subtle shimmer adds a little something special, whether you are off to lunch or simply enjoying a sunny day.
For a day in the sun. Heading to the beach or pool? Apply a generous amount of broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher first. For extra radiance, let your sunscreen dry, then gently apply the shimmering oil. Follow your sunscreen’s reapplication instructions and remember that layering products does not add their SPF values together.
For golden evenings. A little oil on your shoulders, collarbones and legs gives skin a soft, light-catching finish for dinner, a celebration or sundowners with friends.

Sunscreen Lotion SPF 30
Best for: everyday face and body protection and days spent outdoors.
For days when you need one easy-to-use lotion for face and body, this lightweight SPF 30 absorbs quickly without a white cast or sticky finish. Trehalose helps keep skin hydrated, tapioca starch gives a smooth feel, and biosaccharide gum supports the skin’s natural balance. The formula is unscented.

Sunscreen Lotion for Kids SPF 50
Best for: little ones from 6 months, on face and body.
Made for young, delicate skin, this broad-spectrum SPF 50 combines photostable filters with skin-loving ingredients. Pro-vitamin B5 helps soothe, while a prebiotic complex with yacon root juice supports the skin’s natural barrier. The lotion absorbs quickly, making it a practical addition to family days outdoors.

After Sun Body Lotion
Best for: comforting skin after a long, sunny day.
After a shower, give skin a little extra attention. This lotion combines 5% panthenol and aloe vera with hydrating trehalose and hyaluronic acid, while shea butter and avocado oil help restore comfort. A touch of shimmer leaves skin with a delicate glow as the day draws to a close.
